Cleantech Solutions International Inc. (NASDAQ:CLNT) is up more than 24% in premarket trading at $6.71. Cleantech Solutions is moving higher this morning after announcing guidance for full year 2013.
The company is expecting revenue to be between $60 million and $62 million. Net income is expected to be $8 million to $8.5 million.
“We expect to see strong growth in our top and bottom lines in 2013, led by sales of airflow dyeing machines and anticipated sales of new products, including our after treatment compacting machine,” said Jianhua Wu, CEO of Cleantech Solutions.
Wu did say the company has “concerns regarding potential credit problems in China,” but are confident on their future.
Zynga Inc. (NASDAQ:ZNGA) is rallying nearly 7% in premarket trading at $3.28. Zynga shares are spiking on news the company has hired Microsoft’s head of interactive entertainment business as their new CEO. Don Mattrick announced on Monday that he has left Microsoft to join Zynga as CEO.
Zynga continues to struggle how to figure out mobile and social gaming. If Mattrick can turn Zynga around, it will be one of the biggest turnarounds in recent years. Mattrick knows what he’s doing in the gaming space. While many might not agree with everything he did, he turned the Xbox 360 into a major player in the console arena.
Novavax Inc. (NASDAQ:NVAX) is up 4% in premarket trading at $2.20. Novavax announced top-line results from their Phase 1 trial of RSV vaccine candidate earlier today. The results were positive and according to the company “suggest a path forward for a Novavax combination RSV and seasonal influenza vaccine to improve coverage for respiratory infections in elderly and high-risk adults.”
American Realty Capital Properties Inc. (NASDAQ:ARCP) is up 3% before the opening bell at $15.30. American Realty is moving higher today after they agreed to by American Realty Capital Trust IV for $3.1 billion in cash and stock.
American Realty Capital Properties is looking to expand its net-lease sector. Today’s deal could make ARCP the second largest net-lease real estate investment trust.
Under the deal, ARCT shareholders can opt for either $30 in cash or 2.05 shares of ARCP stock. It values ARCT shares at $30.34 per share.
ARCP also raised its annual dividend $0.03 to $0.94.
Array BioPharma Inc. (NASDAQ:ARRY) is up 4% in premarket trading at $4.93. Array BioPharma is up today after initiated MEK162 Phase MILO study. They also received a $5 million milestone payment with the start of the study.
The primary end point for this study is progression-free survival and overall survival is a key secondary endpoint.
